Practical coverage
The 3/4-inch width covers common plumbing threads efficiently and helps maintain an even wrap.

19 mm × 15 m × 0.20 mm · Model TF19-40/0.3
This 19 mm white PTFE thread seal tape is made for sealing compatible male tapered pipe threads in plumbing and water-line assemblies. Its 0.20 mm film gives installers a substantial layer for controlled wrapping, while the 15 m roll supports routine installation and maintenance work.
The 3/4-inch width covers common plumbing threads efficiently and helps maintain an even wrap.
The specified thickness places more material in each layer than thinner general-purpose films.
A convenient roll length for distributors, plumbing kits, maintenance teams and private-label programs.
PTFE plumbing tape fills the small clearances between mating tapered threads and reduces friction during assembly. It does not seal by adhesive. Correct joint geometry, clean threads, proper wrapping direction and controlled tightening are all part of a reliable connection.
Use only where the fitting manufacturer and local code permit PTFE thread sealing tape. Do not use it on flare, cone, compression or gasket-sealed connections.

Engineering note: temperature and chemical values describe the declared tape material capability. The allowable conditions of an assembled connection may be lower and depend on the fitting, pipe material, pressure, fluid, thread condition and applicable approval. Request application-specific documentation before specifying the tape for regulated or safety-critical service.
Confirm that the connection uses compatible male tapered threads. Replace damaged or mismatched fittings.
Remove old tape, sealant, oil and debris from both mating threads before assembly.
Apply the tape in the tightening direction, beginning behind the first thread so material cannot enter the line.
Keep even tension, follow the specified wrap count and tighten to the fitting manufacturer's instructions.
ForeverSeal controls mixing, calendering, stretching, slitting, rewinding and packing in its PTFE tape production workflow. Dimensional checks support repeatable width, thickness, length and density across wholesale orders.

It is designed for compatible male tapered pipe threads in water-line, valve, shower, hose and general plumbing applications where PTFE tape is permitted.
No. PTFE thread sealing tape is non-adhesive. It conforms to the threads, fills clearances and lubricates assembly as the tapered joint is tightened.
Potable-water suitability depends on the exact certification required by the destination market and project. Ask ForeverSeal for the current certificate and covered conditions before specification.
Do not select gas tape by polymer or color alone. Gas service requires a product explicitly approved for the gas type, pressure, temperature and local code. Ask us for a suitable gas-rated grade.
Yes. OEM and private-label options can include spool, cover, label and packing configurations, subject to order requirements and manufacturing review.
