Sunfilm® Unsintered PTFE Wrapping Tape

Engineered for Aerospace Wiring, High-Temperature Insulation and High-Reliability Electrical Systems Sunfilm® Unsintered PTFE Wrapping Tape is manufactured from 100% PTFE resin through a precision calendering process without sintering. It combines excellent flexibility, stable electrical insulation performance, high dielectric strength and outstanding resistance to extreme temperatures. The tape is primarily used as an insulation wrapping layer, structural reinforcement layer and protective layer in aerospace wiring, high-temperature cables, instrumentation cables and other high-reliability electrical systems. It provides long-term insulation protection and mechanical stability for mission-critical wiring applications.
