Testing & Inspection

In sealing materials, performance depends on details that cannot be seen by the naked eye—from PTFE thickness and tensile strength to sealing consistency and resistance to temperature, pressure, and chemicals. That’s why testing is not the final step in our manufacturing process. It is how we verify every critical parameter, maintain batch-to-batch consistency, and ensure that every sealing solution performs reliably in real-world applications.

Pilot Testing & Engineering Validation

Reduce Risk Before Scaling

Our in-house Technical Center is fully equipped with comprehensive PTFE material testing and small-batch pilot production capabilities.

Here, we are able to:

  • Simulate the tensile, compressive, and recovery behaviors of ForeverSeal® thread seal tape;
  • Replicate the film-forming, orientation stretching, and dielectric property variations of SunFilm® ePTFE films.

We evaluate new formulations, structures, and application scenarios under controlled, engineering-relevant conditions.

This enables us to validate feasibility with low cost and minimal risk prior to commencing mass production.

For our customers, this represents the true value of our OEM development and custom material engineering services.
