Pilot Testing & Engineering Validation

Our in-house Technical Center is fully equipped with comprehensive PTFE material testing and small-batch pilot production capabilities.

Here, we are able to:

  • Simulate the tensile, compressive, and recovery behaviors of ForeverSeal® thread seal tape;
  • Replicate the film-forming, orientation stretching, and dielectric property variations of SunFilm® ePTFE films.

We evaluate new formulations, structures, and application scenarios under controlled, engineering-relevant conditions.

This enables us to validate feasibility with low cost and minimal risk prior to commencing mass production.

For our customers, this represents the true value of our OEM development and custom material engineering services.
