ForeverSeal® Pipe Thread Sealant is a high-performance anaerobic sealing compound specially formulated for metal threaded connections. It fills microscopic gaps between mating threads and cures in the absence of air to form a strong, pressure-resistant, and vibration-resistant seal.Widely used in water, gas, oil, hydraulic fluid, and industrial piping systems, it provides long-lasting and reliable leak protection under high-pressure and demanding operating conditions.

Working Principle
ForeverSeal® Pipe Thread Sealant fills thread gaps and cures to form a strong, pressure-resistant seal for metal threaded connections.
For best performance, apply the sealant evenly, tighten the connection to the required torque, and allow sufficient curing time before pressurizing the system.
Assembly Steps:
- 01
- Clean the male and female threads thoroughly with a wire brush and suitable cleaning solvent.
- 02
- Apply a continuous 360° bead to the leading male threads, leaving the first thread free.
- 03
- Press the sealant into the thread grooves to fill all gaps. Apply additional product to larger threads or to the female threads when required.
- 04
- Assemble the parts and tighten the connection to the required torque.
- 05
- Allow the connection to cure for 24 hours at 22–24°C to achieve full curing.
- 06
- Do not pressurize the system until the recommended curing time has been completed.
Disassembly:
Remove the connection using standard hand tools. If disassembly is difficult, apply localized heat up to 250°C and separate the parts while hot. Remove cured residue mechanically, then clean the threads with a suitable solvent such as acetone.
In high-pressure systems, a robust, pressure-resistant, and vibration-resistant seal ensures greater reliability and durability.
