Factory Holiday Begins, but Our Office Team Is Still Here for You
As the Chinese New Year approaches, our factory has officially begun its Spring Festival holiday. While production has temporarily paused, our office team is still at work and ready to support our customers.
For many of our colleagues, the holiday season is a time to return home and reunite with family. However, our sales and office teams continue to handle customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and communicate with customers before the holiday begins.
At ForeverSeal, we understand that our customers and partners are located around the world and follow different holiday schedules. Even when our factory is closed for the Chinese New Year holiday, maintaining clear and timely communication remains important to us.
We sincerely appreciate the dedication of our team members who continue working during this period, as well as the understanding and continued support of our customers.
